What is the job role?

Be the backbone of ARMF events. Help with setup, guest coordination, and on-ground execution to create unforgettable experiences.

What you will be getting (Responsibilities)

✓ Assist with event setup and teardown (stages, decorations, signage)

✓ Help with guest registration and ticket verification at venue entrance

✓ Coordinate with vendors and technical crew during events

✓ Manage crowd flow and ensure smooth attendee experience

✓ Support photography/videography teams with equipment and coordination

✓ Distribute promotional materials and event merchandise

✓ Assist with on-ground problem-solving and guest queries

✓ Help maintain venue cleanliness and safety standards

✓ Support post-event cleanup and equipment inventory

✓ Provide real-time updates to event coordinator during live events

✓ Energetic, proactive, and hands-on attitude

✓ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✓ Ability to work long hours (events run 6-8 hours+)

✓ Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

✓ Team player who takes initiative

✓ Based in or willing to relocate to Bhimtal, Uttarakhand

✓ Available for weekend and evening events (especially Dec 31!)

✓ No prior experience needed - just enthusiasm and commitment

✓ Bonus: Interest in music, events, or entertainment industry
