What is the job role?

Build strategic partnerships with vendors, sponsors, and brands. Negotiate deals, manage relationships, and secure support for ARMF events.

What you will be getting (Responsibilities)

βœ“ Identify and reach out to potential sponsors and brand partners

βœ“ Build and maintain relationships with vendors (venues, caterers, technical crews, etc.)

βœ“ Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors for events

βœ“ Create sponsorship proposals and pitch decks

βœ“ Coordinate logistics with vendors before, during, and after events

βœ“ Ensure vendors deliver on commitments and quality standards

βœ“ Manage sponsor activations and ensure brand visibility at events

βœ“ Track expenses and maintain vendor/sponsor database

βœ“ Seek partnerships with hotels, travel companies, and local businesses

βœ“ Build long-term relationships for recurring collaborations

βœ“ Detail-oriented and highly organized

βœ“ Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships

βœ“ Basic understanding of contracts and agreements

βœ“ Self-motivated and able to work independently

βœ“ Interest in business development and partnerships

βœ“ Comfortable with cold calling and emails

βœ“ Bonus: Prior experience in sales, partnerships, or vendor management

βœ“ Bonus: Network in Bhimtal or Uttarakhand region
