Community & Listing Guidelines

1. PURPOSE

ArasFlow is committed to providing a safe, reliable, transparent, and professional platform for event discovery, ticket sales, venue listings, organizer services, and future marketplace offerings.

These Community & Listing Guidelines establish the standards that all Users, Organizers, Venues, Vendors, and other Platform participants must follow.

By using ArasFlow, you agree to comply with these Guidelines.

2. APPLICABILITY

These Guidelines apply to:

• Event Organizers
• Ticket Buyers
• Venue Owners
• Venue Managers
• Future Vendor Accounts
• Sponsors
• Event Partners
• Community Members
• Platform Users

and all content submitted to ArasFlow.

3. CONTENT STANDARDS

All content published on ArasFlow must be:

• Accurate
• Truthful
• Lawful
• Non-deceptive
• Professional
• Respectful

Content must not mislead users regarding:

• Event details
• Pricing
• Artists
• Venues
• Sponsorships
• Partnerships
• Refund eligibility
• Capacity
• Safety arrangements

4. EVENT LISTING REQUIREMENTS

Every Event listing must include accurate information regarding:

• Event title
• Event description
• Date and time
• Venue details
• Ticket pricing
• Age restrictions
• Entry requirements
• Refund policy
• Organizer identity

Organizers are responsible for ensuring all published information remains current and accurate.

5. PRICING TRANSPARENCY

Organizers must not misrepresent ticket prices, fees, taxes, surcharges, or other charges.

Where Platform Fees are included within ticket prices through an All-Inclusive Pricing model, Organizers shall not advertise such Events as "fee-free" or otherwise make misleading claims regarding pricing.

All ticket pricing presented to Users must remain accurate, transparent, and consistent with the pricing displayed during checkout.

6. PROHIBITED EVENTS

The following Events may not be listed on ArasFlow:

Illegal Activities

Events involving:

• Criminal activity
• Illegal gambling
• Illegal betting
• Drug trafficking
• Money laundering
• Fraudulent schemes

Harmful Activities

Events promoting:

• Violence
• Terrorism
• Extremism
• Organized crime
• Self-harm
• Dangerous challenges

Hate-Based Activities

Events that promote:

• Hate speech
• Harassment
• Discrimination
• Religious hatred
• Racial hatred
• Ethnic hatred
• Gender-based abuse

Misleading Events

Events that:

• Falsely advertise artists
• Misrepresent sponsors
• Misrepresent partnerships
• Misrepresent venue ownership
• Use deceptive marketing practices

ArasFlow reserves the right to remove such Events immediately.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY REQUIREMENTS

Users and Organizers may only upload content that they have legal rights to use.

Content must not infringe:

• Copyrights
• Trademarks
• Design rights
• Patent rights
• Publicity rights
• Personality rights

Examples include:

• Unauthorized artist images
• Pirated videos
• Unauthorized music
• Stolen logos
• Copied promotional materials

ArasFlow may remove infringing content without prior notice.

8. ORGANIZER CONDUCT

Organizers must:

• Act professionally
• Respond to customer concerns
• Honor advertised commitments
• Comply with laws
• Respect attendee safety
• Provide accurate information

Organizers must not:

• Manipulate reviews
• Create fake ticket sales
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Mislead customers
• Circumvent Platform systems

9. VENUE LISTING STANDARDS

Venue owners must ensure that:

• Venue information is accurate
• Capacity information is correct
• Contact information is current
• Images accurately represent the venue

Venue listings must not contain misleading or deceptive information.

10. USER REVIEWS AND RATINGS

Users may submit reviews based on genuine experiences.

Reviews must:

• Reflect actual experiences
• Avoid abusive language
• Avoid personal attacks
• Avoid defamatory content

Reviews may be removed if they are:

• Fake
• Misleading
• Manipulated
• Abusive
• Spam

ArasFlow reserves final discretion regarding review moderation.

11. PROHIBITED CONTENT

Users may not upload, publish, distribute, or promote content that:

• Is unlawful
• Is fraudulent
• Is defamatory
• Is obscene
• Is sexually explicit
• Is threatening
• Is abusive
• Is hateful
• Is discriminatory
• Contains malware
• Contains phishing attempts

Such content may be removed immediately.

12. SPAM AND UNSOLICITED PROMOTIONS

Users may not:

• Send spam
• Conduct mass unsolicited promotions
• Scrape customer data
• Harvest emails
• Harvest phone numbers
• Create duplicate accounts

Violations may result in account termination.

13. ACCOUNT AUTHENTICITY

Users and Organizers must provide genuine information.

The following are prohibited:

• Fake identities
• Fake businesses
• Fake venues
• Impersonation
• Misrepresentation

ArasFlow may request identity verification at any time.

14. EVENT SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

Organizers are responsible for maintaining appropriate safety measures, including:

• Security personnel
• Crowd management
• Emergency planning
• Medical support where necessary
• Compliance with local regulations

ArasFlow may remove Events that pose unreasonable safety risks.

15. PLATFORM ABUSE

Users shall not:

• Attempt unauthorized access
• Reverse engineer systems
• Bypass security controls
• Use bots
• Automate purchases
• Manipulate rankings
• Manipulate ticket inventory

Platform abuse may result in immediate suspension.

16. FUTURE MARKETPLACE SERVICES

As ArasFlow expands into:

• Vendor Listings
• Venue Marketplaces
• Membership Programs
• Rewards Systems
• Wallet Services
• Sponsorship Marketplaces
• Merchandise Sales

these Guidelines shall automatically apply unless superseded by feature-specific terms.

17. ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS

Where violations occur, ArasFlow may:

• Remove content
• Suspend listings
• Suspend accounts
• Cancel Events
• Restrict features
• Withhold payouts
• Permanently ban users
• Report unlawful activity

Enforcement decisions may be made without prior notice where necessary.

18. REPORTING VIOLATIONS

Users may report violations by contacting:

• Event name
• Listing URL
• Description of violation
• Supporting evidence where available

ArasFlow may investigate and take appropriate action.

19. DISCLAIMER

ArasFlow is a technology platform and does not independently verify every listing, review, organizer, venue, sponsor, or user.

While reasonable efforts are made to maintain Platform integrity, Users should exercise their own judgment before participating in any Event or transaction.

20. CHANGES TO THESE GUIDELINES

ArasFlow reserves the right to update these Guidelines at any time.

Changes become effective upon publication on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Guidelines.
